The customer is entitled to a return if it is found that the products supplied have defects or other nonconformities with respect to the ordered items. The return can be made within 30 days after the notification of the defect. If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as justifying the return, the total amount paid will be refunded, including delivery costs and return costs within 15 working days. The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same form of payment used in the purchase.
The customer may, if he is not satisfied with the products supplied, return it within 30 days of receiving it. However, the right to return only occurs, provided that the products:
