We offer free standard national delivery on orders with a minimum value of 40€. For free international standard delivery the minimum order value should be 60€.
If you want to return your order, our return policy gives you a 30-day return period and full refund.
Deliveries take place within 4 working days for national deliveries and up to 8 working days for deliveries to the islands or international deliveries.
The next day's delivery service is available for an extra charge, which varies according to the place of delivery.
Deliveries are the sole responsibility of our approved suppliers, but we guarantee full supervision.

All shipping options are subject to availability. Working days exclude national and municipal holidays and weekends. Upon delivery of your order your signature will be necessary. If you are not there, we will deliver your order to a neighbor and leave a note in your mailbox. We’ll make 3 delivery attempts at your address before returning the order.
In specific cases, it may be necessary to deliver your order outside of normal business hours.
We reserve the right not to deliver an order if the delivery address is found to be unsafe. If this affects an order you have made, you will receive a notification alert.
